Ken + Michelle | Castle Green in Pasadena

It was such a pleasure to work on the floral decor of Ken & Michelle.  They are simply the sweetest couple who loved the colors of purple and gold.  The first thing that came to my mind was that they must be LA Lakers fans, but once they informed me that they weren't. I had to ensure that the purple and gold was elegant and would not take the guests through a journey of basketball and Kobe Bryant.
First I made sure we used artificial gold colors to accent the purple and white flowers.  I wanted to stay away the yellow gold and yellow flowers as much as possible.  From orchids to golden manzanita trees we were able to bring life to the historical Castle Green in Pasadena.

What made this wedding even more special was that it was my sister's friend from college. I absolutely love working with my bride's and grooms, but to be able to assist a friend is simply an honor. Thank you so much for trusting in my designs and decor on your special day.  Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!
